They cleaned out the whole system, diagnosed the issue, tailored the parts recommendations to my budget, and helped me choose upgrades that actually made sense for my setup instead of just pushing expensive options. They ordered the new AIO cooler and GPU support bracket for me, made sensible suggestions throughout the process, and installed everything as soon as the parts arrived. The difference afterwards was massive! Temperatures are now completely under control and the PC is running great again.
