I was after a download from and old hard drive, which I took over for assessment. They kept me informed of the progress throughout. Sadly they found damage to the unit and despite their best efforts, were unable to fix. I went back and collected the item, they refused any offer of payment. Excellent customer service and I would have no hesitation in using them again.
These guys are brilliantly I wanted all of my parts of my pc thoroughly cleaned, and I also wanted to change the ram which they replaced at no extra cost everything was perfect. I dropped my pc off and it was ready in three hours. Excellent service, very good prices. I will definitely return if I have any more issues.
