NON-OEM HP Laptop Battery

Here we have an HP Gaming Laptop brought to us because it was shutting down unexpectedly. Our Customer was very frustrated and upset as they were not sure what was going on. Upon investigating the situation further on, we noticed the battery in the device was not an original HP one but an aftermarket cheap one! We immediately notified the customer about this issue and explained that we need to Order and Fit an OEM HP battery. Customer agreed and accepted for this to be done, ands guess what? After fitting the battery, the laptop was working fine without any other issues!
